MANDATORY PLATFORM DISCLAIMER: Traxifly360 operates as a supplementary family safety and location-tracking tool. The SOS alerts, safe zone notifications, and live tracking features compiled by the application do not replace official emergency services (such as 911 or local law enforcement). The platform's reliability is entirely dependent on active internet connectivity, device battery life, and granted background location permissions. Always contact official emergency responders directly during life-threatening situations.

1. Account Rules & Permitted Use

When utilizing the platform, you must provide genuine emergency contact information. Any attempt to abuse the SOS alert protocols, spoof GPS location arrays, inject destructive scripts, perform malicious structural testing, or attempt reverse-engineering tasks on our platform's layout parameters will lead to instant account closure and immediate restriction of database privileges.

2. Intellectual Property and Asset Limits

You retain absolute rights over your personal profile, contact lists, and location logs you provide to the utility. However, the system aesthetics, code architectures, reporting configurations, custom graphics, and the logical layout of data compilation formats remain the exclusive global property of Traxifly360.

3. Structural Liability Restrictions

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Traxifly360 and its developmental entities shall not be held liable for any direct, structural, accidental, or speculative complications, injuries, or outcomes arising from GPS inaccuracies, network failures, delayed SOS messages, or your direct interaction with the automated app systems.
